Home base

Ardmore and Carter County

Our yard sits right on 3551 Cypert in Ardmore, at the crossroads of I-35 and US-70/US-77, and this is still where most of our work happens. From here we run out across the eight incorporated Carter County towns we serve, into the three unincorporated communities that have no town government of their own, and on into two neighboring-county cities where a different county's rules apply.

If the container has to sit on a public street or sidewalk rather than your own driveway or yard, who governs that placement depends on where you are. Inside Ardmore itself, that is the City's own §25-86 right-of-way permit process under Chapter 25 of the Ardmore Code of Ordinances (no specific fee is published anywhere we could confirm, so we never print a number as gospel here) — call the city to confirm current requirements. Private property itself is unregulated everywhere. In the unincorporated Carter County communities we serve, it is Carter County itself, via its Board of County Commissioners instead, since there is no town government of their own. Each of the eight incorporated Carter County towns we serve runs its own separate permit process through its own town office. And the two neighboring-county cities we cover, Marietta and Sulphur, sit in a genuinely different county each (Love and Murray respectively) — Carter County's rules, and the City of Ardmore's own permit process, simply do not extend there; each city handles its own permitting instead. Confirm the current fee and process directly with whichever office applies, and allow lead time before you plan a same-day drop. Prohibited-item guidance follows Oklahoma DEQ on household hazardous waste (batteries, paint, cleaners, automotive products, pesticides) and Oklahoma's real OCERA electronics-recycling program — that's the resource we point customers to for those categories.

FAQs

Service area questions

Do you charge more for towns further from Ardmore?

Our flat rate already accounts for the run, and every town on this page is inside our normal radius so you are not paying a distance surcharge. If you are outside the listed area, call (580) 217-2847 and we will tell you straight away whether we can serve you and what it would cost.

My town is not listed — can you still deliver?

Often, yes. The list covers where we run regularly across Carter County and the surrounding area, but we stretch beyond it for the right job. One phone call settles it.

Do permit rules change from town to town?

Private-property placement itself does not change — a driveway, yard or lot never needs a permit anywhere we deliver. What changes is who issues a permit for the public way, and it genuinely varies across this service area, which spans a real four-way mix of jurisdictions. Inside Ardmore itself, that is the City's own §25-86 right-of-way permit process. In the three unincorporated Carter County communities we serve, it is Carter County itself, via its Board of County Commissioners instead, since there is no town government to ask. Each of the eight incorporated Carter County towns we serve runs its own separate permit process through its own town office. And the two neighboring-county cities we cover, Marietta and Sulphur, sit in Love and Murray County respectively — a genuinely different county's rules apply there, not Carter County's own, and each city handles its own permitting. Always check with the specific office for the area you are actually in.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses for one project?

Yes — property managers, realtors and contractors do this regularly. Tell us the addresses and the sequence you want them served and we will schedule the run. Certificates of insurance for multiple sites are no problem.
